No Fix - No Fee Policy



We believe that if you treat customers with honesty and fairness, providing a value for our services, not only will you continue to be a customer the next time you require assistance, but you will also tell your friends and business associates of the quality service you received.

To that end, we have a No Fix - No Fee Policy.  In other words, if we can't fix it, you don't pay.

Unfortunately, experience has taught us that we must make clear the caveats of this policy.

For example, if after diagnosis and an estimate of the costs to perform the necessary work, you decide not to proceed, then you will only be responsible for the time and effort to come out to your location and perform the diagnosis up to that point.

Also, if you are unable to provide the CDs, DVDs, discs, license keys, product id codes, serial numbers, usernames or passwords, etc. necessary to proceed, then again you will only be responsible for the time and effort made up to that point.

Finally, if an issue is diagnosed as being caused by a third party (i.e. landlord, Internet Service Provider (ISP), telephone or cable company, etc.) or their equipment, then again you will only be responsible for the time and effort made up to that point.
